This has been going on for over a week. I have downloaded and applied the installation program multiple times (>3). The problem persists. What is going on, and how do I fix it? Thanks

Are you using NordVPN as its "Web Protection" has been reported to cause issues with updating?

We believe that NordVPN have fixed their Web Protection feature and you should find that if you turn this back on, the issue is now resolved.

If you find that it is still not working correctly, please let us know and we can try to follow up with NordVPN.
