I wrote earlier today that texts that I wrote with Windows 10 and tried to transfer to answer or add to an address became jumbled, illegible. It may be good to know that this also occurs with a number of adverstisement that are sent to me. What do I need to do to correct this?

How is what a issue with Windows 10 a Firefox issue? There is no screenshot of the error or where it's happening for others to know where to look?

Thanks for your reply.

It is a Firefox issue for two reasons:

1) When I try to transfer a text to send via e-post, it jumbles, illeigble, but not when I transfer it to a file, and;
2) A few, not all, texts I receive from others are jumbled.

I am not very good with computers, and so, taking a "screenshot" is beyond me. I hope a description may suffice. What I mean by "jumbled, illegible" is as if all that all of the sentences I have just written are superimposed upon one another to form one line.

If you have ZoneAlarm, try updating to the latest version or disable the anti-keylogger feature.

This doesn't sound like the issues with ZA where the text you type gets scrambled. This could be a font issue, but if sounds weird that you can't enter line breaks properly, i.e. you appear to get the CR part but not the LF part of a CR/LF line ending. Does this also happen in the Post a reply form like used on this forum or only in a rich text editor that accepts HTML code and that might treat whitespace differently?

What do you get if you press Ctrl+A to select all the text and paste it elsewhere ?
