Hi

The version of Firefox for Android that you appear to have installed is too old to automatically update - if you were to install a newer version it is very likely that your personal data such as bookmarks and passwords would be lost.

I suggest making sure that you have a separate copy of this data and then install the latest version available from the Google Play store.
