I cannot log into Ring.com with foxfire. It apparently has something to do with Widevine.

I can put in the logon id, but I can get no further. Ring.com support said it has to do with the Browser. I can login into Ring.com site with Edge. Why not Foxfire?

This is an increasing problem with several sites. Is there an add-in issue or setting somewhere that needs to be fixed?

Hi there! It seems like you're having trouble logging into Ring.com using Firefox. This issue might be related to the Widevine plugin, which is needed for some websites. First, let's make sure your Widevine is up-to-date. Go to "about:addons" in the Firefox address bar, then find "Widevine Content Decryption Module" and ensure it's enabled and up-to-date. If that doesn't work, you could try clearing your cache and cookies. Sometimes, old data can cause login problems. If the issue persists, you might also consider checking any privacy or security settings that might be blocking the login process. Give these steps a try, and hopefully, you'll be able to log in successfully. If not, feel free to ask for more help.
