To change your login name, hover over your user name top right of this page, move across the drop-down to Edit my profile.

You should be able to make those changes on the Firefox Account Settings page.

Only from Firefox Account where a reset is sent to the Primary email registered to change login or password. Beyond that there's nothing anyone on here can help with this.
Not everybody is out of luck when it comes to Firefox Accounts, that is if the OP is even referring to Firefox accounts.
