Hi Denis, the browser language is determined at the time of installation and should not change. The language of the content that websites serve you, on the other hand, is determined by the web server and may be customized based on your location, i.e., based on what they read as your IP address. To control that IP address, you can use a VPN and select a U.S.-based server.
