Saved passwords gone

Hi Firefox In one of the updates I lost all my saved passwords. I responded "no" to access the saved passwords in one of the updates, afraid of giving some external hackers access to them, not knowing that I would lose them all. Is there any way to get the lost passwords back? Is there any files on my hard disc where these are stored? I hope that you can help me.... With Regards

It's possible that a blank profile is launching with your FireFox instead of the profile that is populated with your data.

But off the top of my head, i dont believe FireFox upgrades ask for permission to import your passwords.

In any case, take a look at the profile manager and launch the other profiles listed. If one of them has your data, then make that profile the "default"
