Sign up, Sign in, Not a clue about what to do next or not sure I have Firefox installed
I'm confused and every page I look is not answering my questions. It really sucks not being able to chat with someone to defuse my frustration.

To see if Firefox is installed, click on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner and type Firefox. If it doesn't show up, go to the App Store and download it.
