i have user name and pass but deleted email need access.

gmail account deleted no 2nd email attched

I'm assuming that you locked out of your Firefox Account?

If that's the case and you no longer have access to your email address, you won't be able to regain access to the account. See I've lost my Firefox Sync account information - What to do.

You will need to open a new account under a new email address.
