I keep getting unknown and unwanted alerts. I've gone thru all settings and cannot stop it

I get periodic alerts, a loud beep yet I cannot find where it is coming from. I have all Mac and Firefox notifications turned off. Any suggestions?

Beeping usually comes from the Motherboard notifying of issues or trouble such as over heating. Can you confirm this comes from Firefox or some where else please.
