Driving me crazy... I have a menu button (3 dots) on Firefox Focus for Android... but Firefox Focus in iOS on my iPad does not have a menu button. I am trying to "add to home screen" (put an icon for a web page on my home screen).

I have struggled endlessly with this. Read of references to a cogwheel and dots, yet none exist. Tried uploading screenshots but they never appear to attach.
