Live in France. Have reinstelled Firefox but now screen text in French. I want it in English.How can I change this?

Having moved English to top of language list searches now correctly bring back English sites BUT all firefox menus are in French. Before this reinstell all were in English. This is a negative improvement to the software. How can I change the Firefox menus back to English? System is Windows10 in English; keyboard language is English
