Version 51.0.1 review showing invalid "log in" https sites being blocked by red. Not being seen

When a website is showing a log-in https and it is coming up with the "insecure" icon, there is NO red warning blocking the website. NEW as of the latest review on version 51.0.1. This is what the review shows:

"A warning is displayed when a login page does not have a secure connection."
