Disconnect.me block list that ships with Firefox appears to be out of date. Can we update this?

So I understand that disconnect.me basic list is used by default for the In Private browsing (tracking protection). However in the Open Source listing that I can see, there are domains being blocked by firefox that aren't listed here: https://github.com/disconnectme/disconnect-tracking-protection

Example domain being blocked that doesn't appear on the list: tags.tiqcdn.com

Thanks for the quick feedback - From the two lists I see on there, on the basic list: Upstream (from Disconnect.me) - tags.tiqcdn.com doesn't appear "Our Copy" shipped with Firefox does... why is this?

Going through both Source and Shipped JSON files, here's what I've got that's different - based on the Name of the entry rather than Domains. The numbers are the index in the Categories Array
