I cant remember password. They always deny anything after 2 attempts. This is the second day I am without help. This is terrible customer service. You need a phone number to get hold of a LIVE person. Everything is synced to firefox and now I have no way to get it. HELP I have a phone number.....why dont you?

Mozilla doesn't provide telephone support. This is the only place for support at the moment. I'm sorry you've had a bad experience. By the way, please do not post personal information in the forum.
