Trying to recieve new emails, unable to for 3 months. Keep recieving "Connection to server...(email) time out "

Thunderbird is not working for us at all. This has been going on for three months, since 11/15.

Not able to receive nor send out messages. When trying to get new messages, it takes a few minutes to load then receives a pop up.

Have you checked your firewall is not blocking Thunderbird?
