Firfox stop working then close and open again then got message firefox already runnung also firefox process can't kill so need to hard reboot.

Hello, Firefox stop working all tab. It has no response no any website work also I was refresh then no any change so I need to close browser. When I was open firefox again I got message firefox already running. After opening Task manager firefox process is there but many times I was try to kill but firefox can't kill after I need to only hard reboot. It happen many times in a day. I was uninstall and install many times.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.
