can't get email, nothing shows up on my computer
Message: "current operation on inbox did not succeed. Mail server for account cheyenne@poulands.com responded: alert full IMAP support is not enabled for this account." This has just occurred. Nothing shows up for my email.

That message is from the server. so I would check your poulands.com webhost account to see why IMAP is not enabled.
