firefox automatically goes into sites like facebook without asking for my password even though i've asked it not to save passwords and never check remember pass
trying to keep my sites so that i have to put in passwords always and yet firefox has unchecked on the remember passwords yet automatically goes into facebook/netflix etc even though i've asked those sites not to remember my password

Hi, please remove cookies for the relevant (or all) sites - Clear cookies and site data in Firefox.

A detail like a website remembering you (log you in automatically) is stored in a cookie.
You can clear the cookies of a website to make the website forget about you. There is usually a check box on the page with the log in form to remember you, so make sure to remove a possible tick in such a box. If the box has a tick by default then you would have to create a allow exception to have this feature disabled on subsequent visits to keep the cookie that saves this choice.
