downloadhelper m2ts files only 3 mb and cannot be converted to mp4
Just paid the $28 to register and re-installed in Firefox. The product of the download and convert is a file with filetype m2ts. I have found a converter for this type but the downloads are only 3 Mb!!! That isn't even close to the video's size and plays only the intro. What is wrong?
