I can't find "email link" in the latest version of firefox, no LH top button

Firefox updated itself last week and now the Fiefox heading on top left hand of page has disappeared. I used to click this and in the options given was "email link". I've checked the menu on RHS but this doesn't offer the option - only to change the default email program to be used. I'm not sure what version of Mozilla Firefox but assume it is the latest.

Press the <TAB> key. The menu bar will appear. Select File, then Email Link.
