Cannot see "tools" tab on Thunderbird window, to set master password.
I'm trying to establish a master password to access email. The instructions say to go to "tools"/"options", etc. I see no "tools" tab on my Thunderbird window.

The inbox is still visible behind the small window requesting the password.
