The installer wizard won't start.
I was trying to upgrade my firefox browser and I could not get the installation wizard to start. I then uninstalled mozilla firefox and tried again. I can download the setup.exe, but the wizard will never start. Please advise.

Try the offline installation setup package from here:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
