Dear Admins, I was installed Firefox on my Laptop, and it was had problems, and i uninstalled it and i downloaded new version 20.1, but when I opened the program, it just Extracting and disappear, every time i open the program to install it, just appear the extracting window and disappear. not thing happened

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
