Just updated to 20 and the browser is unusably broken. The search and url bars allow text input, but upon pressing enter or using the mouse to press go icons nothing works. Typing in the url bar does give history results as options, but clicking them still does not go anywhere. Browsing to bookmarks works perfectly fine. Also note that the search bar has a white page document icon instead of the browser selection, and trying to open the window to select an engine gives no results. I have no addons or theme changes active and disabling all plugins makes no difference. Attempting an uninstall and reinstall did not change the issue at all, though I did not delete personal data in the the attempt I can't imagine it would help. I also noted upon restarting for the update I lost all my active tabs despite having "open tabs from last time" active. Since the update each time I close the browser any bookmarked tabs I had opened get closed and I end up on the home page again. This machine is a vmware view desktop as well and I have confirmed the issue occurs on 2 other workstations at our office. One view, and one windows 7 desktop (note all 3 machines are win7) We do have a laptop as well which does not seem to have the issue. Update: Tried a complete uninstall and reinstall as well and it did not make any difference either. Also confirmed it is working fine on the one laptop, which is windows 8.
