how can i search browsing history?
there used to be a home page that all i had to do was click on browsing history.. now my home page has changed and i cant figure out how to do it

I think you may have been using the built-in home page about:home (to check, just type or paste about:home in the address bar and press Enter).
You can change your home page here:
orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Options > General
If you don't want to change your home page, you can open that same window using Ctrl+Shift+h or History > Show All History.
