RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin was automatically disabled sometime ago. And this has been carried over to edition 14.0.1.

Realplayer has some compatibility issues with Flash 11.3. As of now, it still does not work properly. however, hopefully Realplayer or Flash will be pushing out an update in the next week or two to resolve this issue.
