I cannot view PDF files, even though I have added a number of plug ins - all I get is a blank web page. Please help

There have been problems reported with the latest Adobe Reader update on Mac.

You can disable the Adobe Reader plugin in Firefox and use the Adobe Reader program instead.

Just to follow up on this issue, you should take a look at this Knowledge Base article on Blank PDF's on Mac. It seems that the Adobe Ready plugin is acting up and has been blocklisted.
