In Windows XP/Norton360/Firefox: Can't print Gmail or web site pages as of 2/2/12. After clicking PRINT command, the SAVE AS window pops up on top of the PRINT STATUS box. When I close SAVE AS, I get this message box: "Unknown error has occurred while printing." Further attempts keep looping through this routine.

Have un/reinstalled printer and have reset printer in Config with no change in above. However, I can print email from the web site of another local ISP in Firefox. This is a singular but limiting problem. HELP!!! Gotta get some work done here.

On your Print window (CTRL+P or Firefox button > Print or File > Print):

  1. be sure your correct printer is seclected
  2. be sure "Print to file" is not checked
