Not getting signin completion from Norton

I recently followed all of the instructions provided to get the latest Norton toolbar and the latest Firefox working. Norton is currently Enabled. I have a problem when it comes to auto-completing the userID and pswd fields of any page that I have saved information for.?

Can someone help find a solution to this problem??

For those who can't use the norton toolbar, or it is disabled in FF10 this link will show you how to update n360. http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-360/Firefox-10-Support-for-Norton-Toolbar/td-p/648245 Hope this helps!

Upgrade your browser to Firefox 10

open a Norton support ticket or ask them in forum whats up, they can guide you properly

Hey thanks Swarnava, I did one better.I went to their website and chose the Norton 360 V5.0 posts, which led me to a link for an RnR (Remove and Re-install !) download. It worked great. Now I am able to get the full benefits of both products.

I might hold off on the upgrade to the new Firefox 11.0 for a bit longer. I installed that version and had several problems with it. I might give it a try later on this week to see if it was just a fluke or try to remember all of the negatives that I ran into.

You are quite welcome, I have gone through this on more than one occasion after the updates. Norton does a pretty good job of working to find a solution when there is a problem. I also subscribe to the Norton forum in addition to FF , so between the 2 forums I usually find an answer.
