I know that when I drag a tab out its window, I can create a new window with it. But how I drag the tab from one window to another?

You can also drag the tab and hover the mouse pointer on the Firefox icon of that window on the Windows Taskbar. That should open that window after a short while and you can drop the tab on the tab bar in that window.
