Press Alt+E and then N to bring up your preferences. On the general tab, tick the option 'Always ask me where to save files'

Thanks. That let me change the location where I saved it. Plus I can now execute the file. Update downloaded and installed. Success

The ALT e brought up the toolbar. I picked the Tools tab, Options. Under the General tab was the Downloads options with the radio button for "Always ask me where to save files".

However, I think the problem is that when my hard drive crashed. HP created the "Valued Customer" and fixed computer under this user. Now I cannot use my Spaniard user name. The "Valued Customer" looks at Spaniard as another user that doesn't have user permissions.

Do you have any suggestions how to give Spaniard user permissions? Or how to get rid of the Valued Customer?
