If your old Firefox profile is still there, you should still be able to recover your bookmarks etc. Please check this page to find the location of your profile: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Profiles The short version: * Go to Help -> Troubleshooting Information * Under the "Application Basics" section, click on "Open Containing Folder" * Go "up" one folder You should see at least one folder with a name like "as4d6asf.default". If there is more than one folder with a name like that, you're in luck! You can recover the information from your old profile using the instructions here: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Recovering%20important%20data%20from%20an%20old%20profile Good luck

Thanks for your help but there was only 1 profile and it was created tonight so I guess it overwritten my old profile when it re-installed.
