firefox don't ask to save or run a file, it will start automaticlly download to the file.

when i click to download link of a file firefox automaticlly download the that file without showing RUN OR SAVE option

I have this problem as well and I have a directory setup for all my downloads but it still asks me where to download. So freaking annoying.
