How do I get my msn premium favorites into FireFox? I want to move my MSN Premium Favorites to FireFox but cannot find a way to do so. The FireFox import setting only recognizes Microsoft Internet Explorer. Do you know of any way to help me move my files to your site?

Thanks, Joe

Export your bookmarks from MSN as HTML and import them to Firefox.

Hope this helps! handsomeorlandoman

That is a logical answer however MSN Premium does not offer a way to export anything from their site. All that can be done is to import favorites from other browsers. Over the past several days I have learned that the favorites are only stored in the cloud (their server) without any way to retrieve them. Although I have moved the favorites to FireFox before using Windows Live, Microsoft has revised the site and removed the link to import MSN Premium Favorites. I wrote to MSN last week and received this response.

Hello Joseph, Thank you for writing to MSN Technical Support Team. My name is Beni and I will be assisting you with your concern. Joseph, I understand that you want to export your favorites on MSN to Windows Live. I am afraid that we do not have the option of moving the MSN favorites to Internet Explorer but add them manually. I appreciate this opportunity of providing you assistance. Have a great day! Sincerely, Beni MSN Technical Support

I thought “they have got to be kidding” but I still have not received a reply to my second email. That is why I can only hope that someone out there may have an answer.

Thank You, Joe
