I need an old version, I have mac power book G4. I had a working version, however yahoo prompted me to update. The update would not work for my hardware. Please help me step back.

Here's the process to roll back:

First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See Backing up your information. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)

Next, download and save Firefox 3.6 to your desktop for future installation. http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-older

Reinstall Firefox 3.6.

Note: I haven't actually tried this myself!

Firefox 4 doesn't run on a PowerPC Mac.

Firefox 4 requires at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac.
