Question

when I click to start Firefox, get message firefox is all ready running, but it is not running. I even uninstalled Mozilla Firefox then downloaded the 4.0.1 version. But get the same message .

I am unable to bring up Mozilla fire fox. I get message all ready running. But it is not running. It is a user problem as it works with one user but not the other.

This did not help. It seems to be a user problem, as I have 2 users and one works and the other does not.
