In FF4 the privacy settings never seem to work. Sites that I put permissions on never work, as each time I re-visit the sites I have to again put permissions in again.

In page info I I always deny set cookies, deny pop-ups, deny extensions or themes, deny share locations or deny offline storage but like magic these sites seemingly have these permissions enabled again, and the only sites I don't do this on are Firefox, AOL mail, Bigstring.com.

Do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Site Preferences"

Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.
