Yellow band says:"Firefox prevented this site (...) from asking you to install software on your computer." Red band says:"System update required - A critical software update is needed for your browser. Click Allow to update now." Why are we getting this message? It is different from the typical update messages we receive. Should we click Allow?

That "System update required" message does not come from Firefox, and you should not click the "Allow" button unless you can verify it is from a site that you trust. If you're not sure, can you let us know which site is asking to install software?
