FF4RC2 doesn't show scroll bars when looking at Mozilla Add-Ons page
I just downloaded & installed FF4RC2, and tried to display the Mozilla Extensions page, but to my surprise there were no scroll bars showing. (I was using a moderate window size, not fullscreen.) Both horizontal and vertical scroll bars were missing.

Does that scroll bar appear if you try to resize the page and make it wider?
Well, now I can't reproduce it, so maybe it was a first-time hiccup.
