I’m running Windows XP, using Firefox v. 3.6.12 as my browser. I haven’t changed any settings recently, but as of the last two weeks or so I’m having trouble viewing only the Lands' End website.

When I load the site looks fine, but as I browse through, the background turns from white to black. In addition, images stop loading and I just see black squares where the pictures should be. If I right-click and select “View Background Image,” I see a white background page. Then when I reload the website it looks fine briefly, but turns black again.

I don’t have this problem viewing this website on any other computer I use.

Also, I don’t have this problem when I view any other website from my computer.

I've cleared my cookies and cache, and scanned my computer for malware and viruses.

Do you have any idea what’s causing this problem? Thanks!

I contacted Lands' End to see if they could help, and they suggested I reset the Zoom setting under the View menu. The problem is now fixed!
