Firefox constantly knocks us off of our Verizon email accounts. How can I resolve or dis able it or something?
Firefox continues to constantly knock us off of our Verizon email accounts. We have version 3.6.6 installed. How can we correct this??? (Every time it happens, a Firefox window says it reports the problem, yet it just keeps happening. This has been for 2-3 weeks now.)

By "knocks us off" I assume you mean Firefox is crashing?
