Was working fine until it updated to 127.0.1 and now XUL error.
It worked well yesterday and then it updated to 127.0.1 and now i can not open it. I get XUL Runner not compatible. It is on a windows 10 computer.
All my information bookmarks and passwords, but I have no way to get to them, uninstalled and reinstalled, but the new one doesn't look like the old version, and none of my information is there. I have tried copying the profile folder from and pasting it in the folder. but still nothing. I have it set as default, but the new one wants to be default, so when I go to make it my default I have 2 Firefox to choose from along with chrome, and edge.
My other problem is I have been using Firefox for probably 20 plus years, so there is a lot of saved stuff, but not sure what my previous user name and log in was. I have downloaded and older version and of course i updated also. I have a Firefox that works now, but not the one with all of my information.
Sorry if this makes no sense, no really sure how to explain it differently.
Can some one please help me figure out how to get all my bookmarks and passwords back?

An error message like XPCOM missing or about platform version or entry points not found can happen because of a failed Firefox update that left you with a mixture of old and updated files in the Firefox installation folder. This can happen in case security software was keeping a handle of some of the files in the Firefox program folder preventing Firefox from replacing all the files. You need to do a clean reinstall and remove the Firefox program folder to ensure that all files are replaced. You may have to disable security software temporarily in case the problem persists.

The problem is I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, even set up new profiles, the version Ii was using I can not find anywhere on my computer except it is pinned to the task bar. When I uninstall firefox, it is still there, the only one that uninstalls are the ones I just downloaded.
I went in to the old data folder and pulled some information from there and copied it and pasted in the newly downloaded version, but none of it changed anything, still no data from the firefox i was using prior to the update. And I can't do anything with that version, because once I close the error box it closes the window.
I am thinking all of my saved information and data is gone, and that is the main thing I really need back.
