Hi
The best way is through syncing your data with a desktop copy of Firefox before syncing it across to your new mobile device.

Unfortunately FireFox Mobile (Fenix) does not yet have a feature to transfer your Session between phones. But you can request this feature so that the developers know its something the users want ^_^
