Is there any way to create a shortcut to Firefox > settings > clear cookies and cache?

Note that you can click the padlock icon to access this clear feature for the current page.

There is "Ctrl+Shift+Delete" to call up the "Clear Recent History" dialog.

You could create a bookmark of the relevant page in Settings, e.g about:preferences#privacy.
