Data loss: All support.mozilla.org forms lose question draft every time a user who has started asking a question navigates away before clicking "Submit".

There's a data loss problem. Every time a user who has started asking a question on the support.mozilla.org site navigates away before clicking "Submit", any question draft they have entered into the question form on the site gets thrown away!
