firefox dosent sync my saved logins and passwords

hi. im using firefox on my windows pc. after login to firefox account and start syncing,all bookmarks,add-ons,settings will be synced normally, expect passwords! no other devices or sessions is currently activated,just one pc. i tested firefox latest version and ESR too,same result. finally exported my passwords from chrome and imported as CVS file to firefox. but every time i login and sync firefox account again,password not be synced!

I assume that have have syncing logins enabled.

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if recent Sync error logs are available. You can upload the file to a website like Pastebin if you can't post the content of the file in a reply.

logins and passwords sync are enabled in FF settings. this is sync log: https://pastebin.com/9Q2D9u5z

Unfortunately the Sync log was removed by Pastebin, so I couldn't look at it.
