This is odd. I can't print to my default printer (HP OfficeJet), or to the same hardware via the wireless network. The print dialog shows nothing but the e-mail's subject as a header, and most every control is unavailable. I CAN choose the old print dialog, but that prints only the same header and nothing else.

I CAN choose any of several PDF "printers" and the page appears just fine and will print from the corresponding PDF program. I can even choose my old HP LaserJet, which is powered down, and the page appears just fine there as well.

I can print to this default printer from any other program. I've just powered down and rebooted cold. No change.

This just started a day or so ago. Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help, Jeanne TBird 91.8.0 (32-bit) Win 8.1

In Help/More Troubleshooting, at the bottom, there is a 'Clear saved print settings' button. Click that, restart TB, and see if it prints correctly with the default printer.

Thank you so much. That did the trick. I can't imagine how I might have caused this.

In any case, that troubleshooting page is worth knowing about.
