I have the same issue in any version of Firefox. see screenshot You will need to ask the Dev team about this issue. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/plasma-integration/

This is very strange, in kubuntu package (deb) the extension works fine. But I'll contact the developer.
