it always shows popup to enter password that i just don't sign in how can i stop this popup

- unselect the button "use a Primary Password" at Options >> Privacy and Security >> Logins and Passwords
- Type in your current Primary Password (Master Password) to confirm your choice
- click ok (see screenshots)
Warning! If you remove your PP, your logins and passwords will not be protected any longer
